Functions of the Department

  1. Planning, developing and implementing the use of ICT across all areas of MBSA work. 
  2. Providing the latest ICT facilities to MBSA employees. 
  3. Providing exposure and commercializing the use ICT to Shah Alam residents.

Department’s Charter

  1. Providing feedback on ICT complaint within 24 working hours. 
  2. Maintaining appliances and internal network damages within 14 days. 
  3. Maintaining internal application system within 10 working days. 
  4. Processing bills within 3 working days for Finance Department, subjected to complete documentation. 
  5. Provide feedback on iResponz complaint within 7 working days from the date of complaint was made.​
