  2. Taking action on the complaints received by the counter / letter / phone / i-compound/email and others.
  3. Accepting applications equivalent plan / business licenses and property owners name change.

Client's Charters

  1. Receiving bills and issue receipts immediately.
  2. Provide feedback on complaints received in the Public Complaint System and MBSA and counter complaint letter within seven (5) working days.
  3. Investigating complaints received within 3 working days for all department / division.
  4. Accepting all applications for licenses / permits / plans equivalents / change the name of the property owner and sent to the relevant department within 24 hours.
