PROPERTY INFORMATION SEARCH
Ratable property search service is a service provided to enable the parties such as government and private agencies to obtain information for the purpose of investigation or verification of information.
Information search is limited to 5 ownerships / properties at a time. If more than 5 ownerships / properties, the searching for information must be taken on the next day or after being contacted by the staff of the department.
Operation Hours that have been set for processing the information search is as follow:
Monday - Thursday
8.00 am- 12.30 pm
2.00 pm – 4.30 pm
8.00 am - 11.30 am
2.45 pm– 4.30 pm
Search Method Prosedure
The applicant needs to pay the fees / charges for search process that have been set at the Payment Counter (Ground Floor, Elevator A) as well as issue the proof of payment to the counter staff of Valuation Department before obtaining the information search.
Address search will be charged RM10.00.
