Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) has modified a bus to be used as a mobile office known as Shah Alam on Wheels.
Shah Alam On Wheels is a commitment and initiative of the MBSA to improve its delivery system through the concept ‘going down to the ground’ to facilitate public transactions and services without the people having to deal or come to the Main Office at Wisma MBSA or Branch Office.
Reviewing and printing assessment bills.
Reviewing and printing assessment tax return.
Application / renewal of licence/ consultation.
Checking status of license application.
Checking and Payment for compound.
Checking status / repeating complaints.
Sales of parking coupons
Sales of Standard Plan / consultation
The movement of Shah Alam on Wheels will be coordinated by the Corporate Department, moving to the location according to a schedule.
Shah Alam on Wheels also will operate during programmes and activities organized by the Council to facilitate public transactions.
Shah Alam on Wheels will also move to the locations of concentrations of people, especially in housing areas, high-rise residential, commercial complexes / business centres / supermarkets / morning markets and so on.
Services will also be provided if there are applications and requests from certain parties, particularly the Resident Representative Council, Residents Associations and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
