Section of Complaint And Promotion


  1. Promotion​​​
    • Plan, organize, lead, implement and re-evaluate all activities of the Environmental Health Education Unit.​
    • Plan and implement health education programs for specific target groups among food operators and the general public.
    • Plan and implement an awareness program for the prevention and control of dengue and other infectious diseases​​.
    • Preparation of health education materials for the purpose of health promotion.​​
  2. Nuisance Animal Control
    • Plan, organize, lead, implement and ​re-evaluate all​​​ Environmental Heath Education Unit activities.
    • Monitor the control activities of nuisance animals and pets that threaten the safety of citizens in the administrative area of ​​the council.​
    • Control and monitoring of pet dog licensing conditions.​
    • Carrying out the destruction of wasp nests, bees and other poisonous insects in public places.
    • Collect, update and analyse data and prepare reports related to unit activities.​​
  3. Complaint​
    • Investigate and take action on all related nuisance complaints.​​
  4. LILATI (Cockroaches Flies and Mice​​​)
    • Plan and implement rodent, fly and cockroach control programs in public places.​

Section of Enforcement and Prosecution Unit​​

  1. Enforcement of all vacant lots, vacant houses, construction sites and others.​
  2. Open investigation papers (IP) and conduct investigations for all Sections in the Environmental Health Department.​​
  3. Organize integrated operations organized by the Department. (Food Premise Operations, Disease Control, Pet Dogs and others).​​
  4. Prepare, record and store compound notices, evidence and investigation papers​​​.

Client's Charters

  1. Take action for each complete complaint no more than 5 working days.​
  2. Take action on every case of Dengue Fever within a period not exceeding 48 hours.​​
  3. Manage and complete the Food Handler Card within 5 days from the date the complete application is received​
  4. The funeral is ready to be done within 3 hours after the application is received with a burial permit attached.​​​​
