​Branch Office Functions​​

  1. Provide facilities for payment of assessment tax, compound, local bills, receive complaints and information about MBSA.
  2. Monitor the services provided by the MBSA administration such as garbage collection, gutter cleaning, grass cutting, infrastructure maintenance and others.​
  3. Monitor and enforce laws and regulations under MBSA's jurisdiction.​​
  4. Receive and coordinate complaints and identify service delivery system complaints.​
  5. Receive application for change of m​ailing address for assessment tax.​

Customers Charter

  1. Accept bill payments and issue payment receipts within 30 minutes.​
  2. Ensuring responses to complaints received through the MBSA Public Complaint System, Counters and complaint letters within seven (7) working days.​
  3. Receive the application for change of mailing address for assessment tax and send to the relevant department within one (1) working day.​​
