  7. ​Claims for the purchase/ exchange of glasses are allowed only once in a 2-year period.

  8. The allocation used is included in the specialist treatment eligibility limit for officers/staff.​

  9. Allowed to order glasses at any optical shop other than the panel with the responsibility of the Council. Effective from 1.1.2013.​​​​
