Requirement

  1. Eligibility

    • Applications are open to Officers and Employees of MBSA currently serving in the Shah Alam City Council who meet the required qualifications.

  2. The requirements are based on :

    • Criteria I - Services​

      • Permanent and contract service

      • Priority given to more senior Officers and Employees of MBSA with least one (1) year of service for permanent staff and three (3) years of service for contract staff

    • Criteria II - Tasks  Assignments

      • Important/necessary field of service will be given priority, especially those involve in 'on call' tasks

      • Priority given to Officers and Employees of MBSA needed in emergency situations such as cases of accidents, epidemics and disasters.

    • Criteria III – Service and Disciplinary Records 

      • Have a good service record and has never been subject to disciplinary action

    • Criteria IV – Reasons for Application for Quarters

    • Criteria V - Additional Terms.

      • Have not yet purchased a house under staff’s own or spouse’s name through the Government Housing Loan Scheme or Bank Loans 

      • However this requirement is waived for applicants who have purchased homes through the Government Housing Loan or bank loan but the location is more than 25km away from the workplace and transportation is a burden. ​

      • If a dispute arises, priority is based on the date the application is received by the Human Resources Division.​
