Application For Building Plan

​​Introduction

These applications can only be submitted if the applicant has already received an approval for planning permission and a complete description of the land as well as has obtained the approval of engineering plans from qualified architects and engineers. Charter period for this application is 30 days.

    Payment must be issued in two separate  cheques / bank draft bearing:

    • MAJLIS BANDARAYA SHAH ALAM - for processing fee.
    • MBSA – AKAUN CAGARAN - for deposit.​​​
