Application For Engineering Plan

​

Introduction

  1. This application can only be submitted when the applicant has obtained the approval of planning permission and complete description of the land. This involves the application for earthworks, road and drainage and street lighting plans / site / park / signal. 

  2. Applications for civil and electrical engineering plans should be submitted separately. 

  3. Applications will be submitted by a qualified engineer and period charters for the above application is 40 days.

    Payment must be issued in two sepa​rate  cheques / bank draft bearing:

    • MAJLIS BANDARAYA SHAH ALAM - for processing fee.
    • MBSA – AKAUN CAGARAN - for deposit.​​​​
