Introduction

This application can only be submitted when an applicant has obtained the approval of building plans. Submitted by a landscape architect and period charters for this application is 40 days.

  2. Cheque / Bank Draft

    Payment must be issued in two sepa​rate  cheques / bank draft bearing:

    • MAJLIS BANDARAYA SHAH ALAM - for processing fee.
    • MBSA – AKAUN CAGARAN - for deposit.​​​​​
