Introduction
Owners who intend to apply for additional residential house amendments for Individual Bungalow Houses, Zero Lot Bungalow Houses, Terrace Houses, Semi D Houses and Cluster Houses who have obtained a Building Eligibility Certificate or Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) can submit a plan application that has been certified by a Professional Architect or Plan Draftsman registered with the Malaysian Architects Board (LAM) via email: pelanbangunan@mbsa.gov.my.
Starting 1st December 2021, all such applications must be submitted via email pelanbangunan@mbsa.gov.my. Please refer to the attached flowchart. For any inquiries, please contact Pn Noraiza binti Mohd Darus on the direct line 033-55222842.
