​Introduction​

  1. This application is submitted by a representative from the resident association to the OSC Counter.​​ 
  2. The charter period for this application is 40 days.​​​
  3. The application documents must be prepared in 2 sets where one copy will be distributed to the Planning Department and the other copy will be kept for the department's records.

    • MAJLIS BANDARAYA SHAH ALAM - for processing fee.
    • MBSA – AKAUN CAGARAN - for deposit.​​​​​
