Client's Charters

  1. Take action for each complaint and considered true not exceeding 5 working days. 

  2. Make sure garbage collection domestic waste collected and cleaned in accordance with the frequency of such as:

    • Three (3) times a week for residential terrace, kindergarten, places of worship and hall

    • Sevev (7) times a week for commercial areas, elevated House, public markets and the main street kg. traditional 

    • Five (5) times a week for government offices, institute, school and public complexes

  3. All public complaints about garbage collection domestic waste will be processed on the same day.

  4. Services of cutting the grass and dry cleaning drains and sweep the street with the frequency of twice a month in in a residential area.

  5. Grass cutting service and dry drainage is carried out with the frequency of twice a month and sweep the road with frequency of daily in commercial areas/industries.

  6. Cutting the grass services and dry drainage is carried out with the frequency of twice a month and sweep the road with frequency per day in the main street/Protocol.

  7. Service of garbage collection gardens/bulk/haraam (KPH) in the area of housing, commercial and industrial progress with frequent per day.

  8. Cleaning service in spreading outside the building and building stalls and markets carried out with frequency per day.

  9. Clearance service carried out after the tamant night market opening night market.

  10. Investigate and take action in a period not exceeding 48 hours for each case of dengue fever reported.
