SPORTS CLINIC, 1221 CLUB
SHAH ALAM CITY COUNCIL
INTRODUCTION
This Sports Clinic is one of the programmes organized by the Shah Alam City Council 1221 Club, in occupying the youths' spare times by participating in sports activities while practicing a healthy lifestyle.
THE RATIONALS OF A SPORTS CLINIC
- Sports is the most effective mode to be instilled in eradicating and reducing the crime rate and social ills among youths.
- Sports can also mould discipline and integrity onto oneself to create a healthy and active youth.
- These sports clinics are also planned to scout for future sports champions from Shah Alam who can be exposed at the national as well as the international levels.

Coaches

Trainings
- Theoretical and practical trainings will be provided to participants
- Weekend trainings and schedules are also provided
Training Venues
The Council will provide suitable training venues with security surveillance according to the particular sports.
- Volleyball - MBSA Volleyball Hall Section 4
- Bicycle Racing - Kriterium Shah Alam (Cultural Court)
- Rugby - MBSA Building Field
- Futsal - MBSA Hall Section 19, Shah Alam
Equipments
- For individual events, the equipments are the sole responsibilities of the athletes themselves such as bicycles, jerseys and so on.
COMPETITIONS
Internal Competitions
- Internal Competitions will be held to gauge the performance and technical command of the sports involved.
External Competitions
- Participants will be given exposures to outside competitions to uncover the opportunities and space for them to show their capabilities to be upgraded to higher competitive levels ( state and national )
- The council authorities will cover all expense such participating fees and transportations.
PARTICIPANTS' ENROLMENT
Participations are open to all youths who reside in the administrative area of Shah Alam City Council.

FEES
Participants must pay the following fees :
- MBSA 1221 Club Membership Fee : RM 20.00 (valid until the age of 21)
- Sports Clinics Fee : RM 50.00 ( annually)
